Whether you purchased the rare breed frt-15, the FRT-15L3, or any other forced reset trigger for sale product, we are committed to making it right if something goes wrong with your order.
Our FRT Trigger Return Policy
Rare Breed Triggers accepts returns on eligible frt triggers for sale products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The frt trigger must be in its original, uninstalled, and unmodified condition
- All original packaging, documentation, and included components must be present
- Proof of purchase from Rare Breed Triggers must be provided
- The return must be initiated within the 30-day return window from the purchase date
How To Request A Refund
Contact Rare Breed Triggers Support
Initiate your return by contacting our support team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship any product back without receiving an RMA number first.
Return Your FRT Trigger
Package your frt trigger securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Ship it to the return address provided with your RMA using a trackable, insured shipping method. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped product.
Receive Your Refund
Once your returned frt trigger product passes our inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued to your account.
Non-Returnable FRT Triggers
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Installed or used frt triggers of any kind
- Special order or customized trigger configurations
- Items returned without an authorized RMA number
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
- Items returned beyond the 30-day return window
Damaged or Defective FRT Triggers
If your frt trigger arrives damaged or with a confirmed manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement unit or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Rare Breed Triggers stands behind the quality of every rare breed frt-15 and forced reset trigger we produce.
Exchange Policy
Rare Breed Triggers offers product exchanges on eligible items within the 30-day return window. If you purchased the wrong model or wish to upgrade from the FRT-15 to the FRT-15L3, we will facilitate an even exchange subject to product availability. Contact our support team to initiate an exchange request along with your RMA request.
